Should I go to a Catholic affiliated college, like Loyola Marymount in CA, if I am a very liberal person?

I am worried that many personalities and beleifs may clash, leading to a not so great college experience.Should I go to a Catholic affiliated college, like Loyola Marymount in CA, if I am a very liberal person?
Please don't go if you are a ';very liberal'; person intent on spreading your liberal faith. Many people attend Catholic-affiliated college to escape toxic liberal culture.Should I go to a Catholic affiliated college, like Loyola Marymount in CA, if I am a very liberal person?
I worked at LMU for 19 years, and I'm both liberal and not Catholic. Sure, there will be some very conservative people there, but there are many who are not. I've heard more complaints about it being too liberal than otherwise. You do, however, need to be respectful of religion there.

It depends on the Catholic college. Some Catholic colleges have student bodies that are really rather liberal, or which have sizable liberal populations on campus - Fordham is like that. Others are far more conservative in terms of the viewpoints of their student bodies.





I don't know Loyola Marymount well enough to be able to tell you what its student body is like.
