Can anyone tell me if the Glorious Revolution or English Revolution contributed to a more liberal West?

If so why?

Thank you, greatly appreciated! Can anyone tell me if the Glorious Revolution or English Revolution contributed to a more liberal West?
The Glorious Revolution was actually a main reason for the American Revolution; the colonists saw the Glorious Revolution and thought that a revolution of their own would be warraned. Whether it led to a more liberal mindset of the Western Culture, well, there are many factors in play there. Can anyone tell me if the Glorious Revolution or English Revolution contributed to a more liberal West?
