Does it seem like liberal rebuttal to those who disagree consists mainly of name calling and insult?

There seems to be a paucity of actual fact that would actually contribute to a debate. I'm not saying it's true of all liberals and I'm not saying the other side always presents a fact based case, but the liberal side does tend to lean more toward that technique, which is probably upsetting for those liberals who really do try to argue intelligently.Does it seem like liberal rebuttal to those who disagree consists mainly of name calling and insult?
It is the same as the old lawyers saying:


You have the facts on your side, argue facts.


You have the law on your side, argue law

And that is the exact reason why liberal radio shows and talk show hosts fail. Why is it ';Hannity'; and not ';Colmes';? Why is Air America such a failure and Rush lives on?





People want facts and to listen to the host's opinion regarding those facts. Then they will sift through and develop their own opinion.





The Liberal guys just spout insults and hate, with no real facts to back up their stance.
