She is a big time LIB and complains that my 1999 Ford Excusion takes up too much space in the back parking lot? She told my roomate that she hates my bumper stickers and thinks I am a facist. I try to be nice to her but I can see the hatred and disgust in her eyes? What can I do?

I'd be civil when I was around her but, past that, I'd ignore her. You have a right to your opinions just as she has the right to hers. It's called Freedom of Speech. Not everyone is going to like you. She can tell your roommate anything she likes. Let's see if she has the strength of character to say anything directly to you. Unless she does, I wouldn't give it another thought. Go on and enjoy your Excursion and your steaks!!
if there are rules (pertaining to the size of vehicles) you are breaking, that is one thing, but if she cannot respect your freedom of speech or at least engage you in respectful debate, there is nothing you can do. rise above, and nice her to death.

As long as you are are not pressuring her to take your beliefs why is it a big deal??? You are just expressing your opinion, she doesn't have to change her opinion. Try explaining it to her and letting her know she can still have her own opinions...people are weird in this way.
She is young and naive. Ignore her. If she gets in your face then force feed her a steak.

um, i dont know if this'll work for you, but i confront problems head on. if she has a problem with you, i'd address it. ask her one on one, not in front of anyone or through someone else (as she has done) ask her what you have done to offend her. discuss it openly and sincerely. if she doesnt agree with you--agree to disagree. but as far as the bumper stickers perhaps you can move them if they are such a sore topic with her.

If you spend your time worrying about them and/or getting there approval/friendship you won't enjoy yourself or the world around you. I suggest that you interact with her as needed, killing her with kindness when you do, and get on with your needs, education and enjoyment.

Are the majority of your sorority sisters conservatives? If not, find a new sorority,or get out of the sorority scene altogether. At any rate, remain cheerful and positive about your beliefs. It will drive the liberals crazy if you're not as angry and miserable as they are and some of them may actually see the light.
I would say with logic and reason, however liberals have shown that those are to things that are the most confusing to them. So I say just ignore her, it's more fun to listen to their rants and laugh about it later.
