Was Nietzsche more of a liberal or conservative in the modern sense of the words?

Its probably really difficult to classify him in either but I can't make heads or tails of his thought from a modern perspective. Was Nietzsche more of a liberal or conservative in the modern sense of the words?
This won't win approval, but it took a long time for Nietzsche to be regarded as a philosopher at all. For a long time he was regarded as a poet. What do I think of poets (or other creative artists) in government? They are not so much liberal or conservative as irresponsible and insane---as far as governing is concerned. Nietzsche ended up totally bonkers, and his writings were easily put to use by the Nazis. Do you really think he has anything useful to say about government? Really? Or is it just that your college professor seems to respect him and so it would be politic for you to do so, too?Was Nietzsche more of a liberal or conservative in the modern sense of the words?
it hard, your right, but i think i can help you, he was pretty different
