This is not really a question, it is a classic example of a statement posing as a question. Basically, it involves you making a statement of your own bias and beliefs, and prefixing it with ';why is [it] that'; in order to make it sound like a question.





If you continue to follow the typical path, you will eventually pick some response that coincides with your existing bias and pre-defined beliefs, thus showing that you really weren't asking a ';question'; and you really weren't looking for an ';answer';, and of course would never change your opinion no matter what anyone ';answered';.





What a waste of time and computer resources.
LIBS are comprised of a lot of very ignorant people. FIRST you have to be ignorant enough to believe that government can better run your life than YOU can because that is the LIB mantra. And second, you have to LIE about your REAL motives to get elected to any LIB office in the land. If you are a LIB you cannot REALLY tell Americans what you stand for because if you do then you won't be elected. So- as Obama did- you tell Americans whatever they want to hear- like CHANGE...and then you hire HILLARY for Secretary of State.
Actually, if you look at the Democratic party, is is the ';big tent'; party, with views ranging from Bob Casey, Jr., and Senator Leiberman to Nancy Pelosi, and Bernie Sanders. There is quite a bit of intellectual divergence in the Democratic Party. Do you have such variety of opinion in the Republicon party?
That's why this lifelong Dem didn't vote with the uber libs.
